Smarter Resources Smarter Business

Would you like to reduce the quantity and cost of energy and materials used in your organisation?

Energy and input materials are a significant cost impost in many organisations, and prices are rising. However, many managers who know (or have a strong suspicion) that there are savings opportunities, don’t have the time and resources to investigate the opportunities, evaluate the business case, and implement the opportunities.

Now help is at hand, with the Victorian Government’s Smarter Resources Smarter Business program. Following the success of earlier projects, the scheme was re-launched by Sustainability Victoria on the 23 August 2013.

The Smarter Resources Smarter Business (SRSB) program will assist financially with the identification and evaluation of savings opportunities, and contribute to the investment required to implement the savings actions.

The program has now been improved with more generous grant ratios. The scheme now stands as a wide-reaching, easily accessible subsidy mechanism designed to improve the financial and ecological sustainability of Australian small to medium enterprises.

How much Funding is available?
