We offer to finance the implementation of energy efficiency improvement projects in Australia, using an Energy Services Agreement.
This means that we can take responsibility for the provision of a defined energy service such as steam raising, lighting, air-conditioning, etc. This service includes the supply of electricity and gas, operation and defined maintenance tasks.
The monthly fee for this service would be calculated to be less than the existing costs, including energy, operation, and regular maintenance.
We can only profit from this service by delivering the energy service more efficiently, e.g. by upgrading equipment.
The form of agreement, agreement term and payments can be adjusted to suit the project, client goals and circumstances.
